Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Customer Program Manager,you will lead strategic programs for key customer accounts and connect customerpriorities with Infineon business objectives. You will guide global,cross-functional teams from planning through delivery while strengthening trustedcustomer relationships
- Lead strategiccustomer programs across product design-in, qualification, demandmanagement, product quality, and future opportunities
- Own theend-to-end program lifecycle including planning, execution, riskmanagement, issue resolution, reporting, and closure
- Align globalcross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, ProductManagement, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Quality
- Manage customerescalations and crises by coordinating timely decisions, clear ownership,and actions that reduce business impact
- Build trustedcustomer relationships through a strong understanding of businesspriorities, market trends, technical challenges, and competitive dynamics
- Translate complexdata into action by providing concise insights, business risks, strategicopportunities, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Drive resultsthrough influence by creating alignment, accountability, collaboration, andcustomer focus across a matrixed organization

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You combine customer focus withsound judgment and clear executive communication. You respond effectively tochanging priorities, manage competing objectives, challenge the status quothoughtfully, and build collaboration across diverse teams
- Mandatory: Bachelor's or Master's degree in ElectricalEngineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technicalfield
- Mandatory: 10 or more years of semiconductor industryexperience, including leadership of complex customer-facing programs and globalcross-functional teams
- Mandatory: Strong semiconductor knowledge with theability to understand customer requirements, product architectures, developmentchallenges, and solution value
- Mandatory: Strong program management skills in planning,prioritization, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery
- Mandatory: Executive-level communication andpresentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for technical,business, and senior leadership audiences
- Preferred: Demonstrated success building customerpartnerships, influencing without formal authority, analyzing complex data, andguiding decisions across diverse stakeholder groups
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of power semiconductors, a PMP,IPMA, or equivalent project management certification, and experience mentoringor coaching others

US$ 206,640.00 - US$ 284,130.00
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
