This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Customer Order Specialist onsite in Dallas, Texas, with Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Accept and validate sales orders

  • Verify availability of product for orders and prepare delivery proposals

  • Manage sales orders up to delivery

  • Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding products and services

  • Manage combined shipment, missing, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) products

  • Manage customer master data.

  • High School diploma and 1+ years of work experience in a similar role supporting customers and managing orders

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and able to establish rapport with customers

  • Excellent commercial awareness and effective communicator, utilizing listening and collaboration skills; problem-solving mindset

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/MRP systems a plus

  • Fluency in Spanish preferred

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

  • Salary: $ 67,192 - 98,549 based on experience

  • Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 5%
