Job DescriptionAccount-Based Marketing & Program Administration
- Execute account-based marketing tactics for key retail, 2-step, and lumberyard accounts, following established playbooks and strategy
- Administer MDF and co-op programs, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and appropriate use of funds within approved budgets
- Maintain and apply customer playbooks to guide consistent account-level marketing execution
- Act as the key marketing point of contact for strategic channel accounts
Field & Sales Enablement
- Execute field-level rollout of sales enablement tools and materials
- Partner with sales teams to implement marketing programs and support local market activation
Event & Local Market Activation
- Coordinate and execute customer events, including planning logistics and on-site support
- Implement local market activation initiatives to drive engagement and demand at the branch/account level
Branch Merchandising & Product Launch Support
- Execute branch merchandising initiatives at retail, 2-step, and lumberyard locations based on sales team audits
- Support product launch execution at the branch/account level, including merchandising and in-market rollout
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years or more of experience in marketing roles focused on retail, distribution, or trade-channel marketing
- Experience administering MDF/co-op programs preferred
- Understanding of the new construction, repair and remodel industries, and retail/lumberyard distribution channels preferred
- Proven track record of executing successful local market and account-based marketing programs
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software applications
Additional InformationThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $90,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
