Job Description

As a Customer Intelligence Strategist, you will be responsible for orchestrating data-driven account-based marketing (ABM) programs to deepen customer engagement across our product portfolio. You will join a high-energy team responsible for operationalizing data into positive digital experiences for our customers via effective audience segmentation, personalized multi-channel engagement, and marketing automation programs. You will work closely with stakeholders across teams including Digital Experience Analytics, IT, Sales, Product Development, Portfolio Marketing, and Brand Marketing to identify opportunities at high-value target accounts, develop and deploy digital experiences, and measure success against key KPIs, driving measurable revenue impact and funnel progression.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborates and aligns with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize key business objectives.
  • Translates business objectives and/or trends in customer data into strategic account-based omnichannel marketing programs that deepen customer engagement and funnel progression across our product portfolio.
  • Work with the digital experience analytics team to collect, organize, and connect data sources to build and modify target account segments and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • End-to-end program management: Builds audiences, configures and deploys experiences, measures and reports on performance, and optimizes as needed. This includes ABM campaign performance analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborates across teams to build and drive a strategy to grow TI's first-party data for improved ABM targeting and personalization.
  • Leverages available marketing technology platforms to gain full entitlement of tool investments across our MarTech stack.
  • Evaluates competitor and other industry marketing technology and strategies and brings innovative ideas to the table to adapt our approach, where applicable, particularly within the ABM landscape.
  • Partners with Omnichannel Marketing to scale programs into paid channels, as needed, with a focus on ABM-aligned channel strategies.
  • Partners with Digital Experience Analytics on trend identification, KPIs, attribution modeling, performance analysis, and reporting responsible for demonstrating ABM ROI.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research & Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Digital Marketing, Analytics, Technical Communications, Engineering or Computer Science with a focus in marketing, or a related degree.
  • 3 years of experience in account-based marketing, marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Broad understanding of marketing channel technologies, such as email, paid search, paid social, programmatic, web personalization, and analytics tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and a curious mindset.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities to help orchestrate programs and drive platform roadmaps, enhancements, and evolution.
  • Collaborative and results-driven team player.
  • Attention to detail/organizational skills, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently gather information and execute solutions.
  • Ability to work and communicate with people at all levels of the company and influence without authority.
  • Experience with MarTech platforms with a strong understanding of how they integrate for ABM initiatives (Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Optimizely, etc).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools for ABM reporting and insights (Looker/Data Studio, Tableau, etc).
  • Experience supporting global marketing programs and an understanding of regional differences.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with Sales teams to align on ABM strategies and target accounts.
