Full Job Description
The AF SF Customer Implementation Project Manager manages assigned customer implementations for new or existing business. This includes ensuring the customer's requirements and expectation are met. A detailed knowledge of common supply chain processes and solutions is required to fully understand the scope of work and ensure that the proposed setup can be accommodated within the Hellmann organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer acquisition & implementation
• Support Product and Sales in the customer acquisition / retention process, if needed (e.g. design of customer solutions)
• Define standardized customer implementation approach and ensure adherence within Operations
• Oversee CI projects and support CI activities, e.g.
• Lead and conduct Customer Implementation projects into the AF & SF network in co- operation with the regional / local Customer Implementation teams and/or branch managers
• Analyze and document operational process requirements, IT requirements, reporting requirements, staffing requirements, etc.
• Develop KPIs and the respective monitoring tools to ensure a successful implementation, successful means all customer requirements are met in full
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of Customer Operating Procedures
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders as well as all involved business units in the customer implementation projects
• Support customer business process re-engineering initiatives
• Hand over to Operations (e.g. branch managers) after A/S customer implementation is finalized
System enhancement
• Support Product in ensuring adherence to functional requirements within product-related IT development projects (interface to IT)
• Performs other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not supervise any direct reports.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; Master's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirement
• 3+ years experience in a customer implementation role in the freight forwarding industry
• Proven project management experience
• Logistics experience a plus

• Knowledge of Hellmann products, and Partner network
• Spanish or French language skills are a plus
• Typically, less than 30% travel, mostly within US and Canada. Special project may require more for a short duration. Some international travel.
