Full Job Description
You Are
A seasoned growth strategist with years of experience translating vision into execution and measurable value. You are passionate about solving customer problems in ways that drive lasting impact, and you thrive at the intersection of growth strategy and operational delivery. You are equally comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with client executives and leading teams to execute complex transformations. Beyond shaping strategies, you are adept at embedding within client relationships, partnering with Accenture account leads, and identifying new opportunities, both organic and inorganic, that grow Accenture Song's impact and our clients' businesses. You are also a thought leader, energized by developing provocative perspectives on the future of financial services and packaging them in ways that drive new conversations, opportunities, and growth.

You bring depth across human-centered design, commercial strategy and technology-led transformation. You can move from customer evidence and emerging technology signals to a compelling executive growth thesis, a prioritized opportunity portfolio, a fundable business case and an enterprise delivery agenda. You understand how AI-enabled delivery and enterprise AI capabilities can accelerate both the work we perform and the growth solutions we create for clients

The Work

  • Embed within client relationships and collaborate with Accenture account teams to identify, shape, and originate new business opportunities.
  • Develop compelling executive-level narratives and business cases that connect customer insights, market trends, strategic choices, and financial outcomes.
  • Contribute to the growth of Accenture Song through opportunity development, proposal shaping, and client relationship expansion.

  • Guide opportunity discovery, concept development, validation, and investment decision-making using desirability, viability, and feasibility frameworks.
  • Lead customer journey transformation efforts and define the people, process, data, technology, and operating model changes required to deliver improved experiences at scale.

AI-Enabled Growth & Enterprise Innovation
  • Advise clients on the implications of emerging technologies, including enterprise AI, and translate those trends into actionable growth strategies.
  • Integrate AI-enabled approaches into client engagements to accelerate insight generation, decision-making, delivery effectiveness, and value realization.
  • Guide organizations in responsible AI adoption, governance, change management, and enterprise scaling strategies.
