Job Overview

The PicOS Commercialization Manager provides strategic business analysis and execution support for the Commercial organization by translating business priorities into scalable tools, processes, and field solutions that drive profitable growth. This role is responsible for supporting key commercialization initiatives by ensuring alignment between the commercial plan strategy and field execution within the PicOS tool.

This position serves as a key resource for the Home Market PicOS (Picture of Success) platform, supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the tool across the organization. Responsibilities include maintaining PicOS content, display merchandising standards, and templates, while supporting Customer Team and Sales & Service team onboarding, validating outputs for consistency and quality, incorporating brand partner priorities, and providing ongoing support to Commercial and Customer Teams to ensure successful adoption and execution.

The PicOS Commercialization Manager will manage multiple cross-functional projects, identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights, and collaborate with Commercial, Sales & Service, Revenue Growth Management, Product Supply, and Brand Partner teams to deliver integrated business solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to build productive working relationships while embodying the company's purpose and values to support the successful delivery of the overall business plan.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute custom PicOS merchandising image requests for displays, racks, coolers, endcaps, etc. in all Super Channels, to optimize shelf space, inventory turns, and profit margins for our products.
  • Collaborate with key departments, including Channel Commercialization, Category Space, Customer Development and Product Supply to develop and maintain the most profitable, display merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with Customer Development and/or Channel Commercialization on special projects, ad hoc analysis, and other PicOS initiatives
  • Provide insights to leadership on market trends, and profitable package mixes, while recommending space adjustments and shifts to support growing and declining categories
  • Recommend continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embodying company purpose and values to inspire
  • Manage ad-hoc requests and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Other duties as asisgned


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Strong analytical background required.
  • Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with time-sensitive and critical deadlines
  • MS Office experience including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Tableau, JDA, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree (4 years)
  • Relevant work experience of 3 to up to 5 years


Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or similar
