The Demand Planning and Customer Collaboration Analyst is responsible for delivering a demand and replenishment plan in collaboration with customers, using their internal data. The role is also responsible for managing communications related to supply chain issues and overseeing the penalties budget.
Provide a 24‑month demand plan for the assigned customer portfolio.
Lead and develop customer collaboration to deliver business plans.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and minimize waste.
Analyze sales, inventory, and forecasts to identify gaps and trends.
Recommend actions to reduce stockouts, optimize inventory levels, and improve performance.
Responsible for supporting critical decisions and providing recommendations that impact both the customer and internal inventory.
Develop and monitor performance indicators (service level, stockouts, excess inventory, forecast accuracy).
Work closely with key internal stakeholders in production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
Prepare and lead weekly reviews with the customer’s replenishment team, and participate in departmental reviews with the category manager and replenishment team.
Integrate and validate data from the retailer’s systems (POS, in‑store inventory, and DC inventory).
Proactively communicate objectives, upcoming plans, and ongoing initiatives to all stakeholders.
Work with internal supply chain teams to address behaviors that lead to inefficiencies.
Collaborate with customers to align forecasts and promotional plans.
