Full Job Description
Join us as a Customer Advocate Engineer and become the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll be the voice of our customers, leading initiatives that elevate satisfaction, loyalty, and service excellence across the organization.

What will you do?

  • This position is responsible for all daily communication on projects to Schneider Electrics internal Project Managers
  • The daily sales interactions include project monitoring, managing internal VIP customers, coordinating logistics to and from the customer, final order processing, while maintaining positive and strong customer relationships
  • Resolve customer complaints; consult with production, shipping, warehouse or common carrier personnel to trace missing or delayed shipments
  • Analyze and evaluate problems with communication and/or processes related to scheduling production orders through the plant and recommend solutions.
  • Provide customer resolution for complex installations restoring customer application and confidence in Schneider Electric products.
  • Ability to handle and process customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Technical expertise, analysis, and reporting for customer complaints on products

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • 2+ years of experience dealing with customer issues
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to excel under high pressure and time sensitive situations
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a small Customer Service department
  • Strong Customer-focus; demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Capable of establishing own task list and work with little supervision and make independent decisions to meet customer deadlines
  • Must have the desire and ability to learn products relevant to assigned customer base

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Customer experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
