Job Summary:
This position is responsible for creating and coordinating quality related Actions/Holds in plant, reporting as well as the information flow between Quality, Development, Production, Purchasing, Marketing, Service & Parts, Sales Organizations, Suppliers, and Mercedes-Benz USA. Perform and deploy Customer complaints related to 3MIS and Aftersales processes
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Be the liaison form aftersales and central customer topics team
Analyzing inline processes and internal procedures related to Field and Campaigns
Ensure and monitor timely implementation of remedial measures from PSP related to Customer complaints
Lead Problem Solving analysis on Customer topics with the departments involved on all customers complaints
Get information from Aftersales and Central team and deploy into actions inside de plant
Manage internal projects as well timelines, risks and budget topics
Receive action request, manage reports from QSYS, INTAKT systems and generate Action/Holds in Systems
Lead and kick off meeting for all activities (incl. all involved areas i.e; rework team)
Coordinate action management activities with MBV to ensure timely availability of vans to customer
Conduct weekly communications between MBV plant and Global Service team
Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action
Uses past experience or precedent to identify solutions and support on final actions decisions
Provides professional know- how to enhance the knowledge and skill base of the organization
Apply analytical problem solving techniques to identify root causes

Qualifikationen Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' Quality experience (internal and/or external)
  • Statistical methods, QM methods, project management; environmental auditor a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of process chains at the site, rationalization and project methods, advanced knowledge of database systems
  • Experience with coordination of time-critical processes
  • Experience in QSYS, Intakt, VeDoc and Xentry
  • Microsoft Package (specially excel and power point friendly user)
Knowledge and Skills:
• Six Sigma/ Black Belt Training and Certification
• Languages (written and spoken English/German, knowledge of Spanish)
• Knowledge in the application of quality methods
• Ability to work in teams
• People and persuasion skills
• Negotiating skills
• Assertiveness in difficult situations, knowledge of current moderation and presentation techniques
• VDA Auditor Certified preferred
• 8D Methodology Analysis required
