This position is for a Customer Account Specialist (CAS) who is under direct supervision. Responsible for resolving basic customers' service or billing complaints and obtaining customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased. Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Main point of contact (POC) to the customer developing and maintaining positive partner relationships.
- Assures timely responses to requests, develops solutions of customer specific concerns.
- Attend and provide data for customer status meetings.
- Review incoming contracts, PO's, draft letters and validate against basic standard and previously negotiated contractual terms working with the customer on any issues identified.
- Assess incoming paperwork to identify funding on incoming PO.
- Solves difficult and complex problems pertaining to customer orders.
- Manage SWIP and Customer Hold units.
- Update and maintain contract spreadsheets, induction and shipping aides.
- Responsible for import/export as applicable.
- Generates packing and shipping documents as needed.
- Follows up on WIP (work in process) and problem shelf units.
- Provides repair quotes to customers and follow up to obtain funding.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:- Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and/or external customers is required.
QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:- Experience utilizing Microsoft O365 products.
