LOCATION: Imperial Beach, CA
Position Summary: Ther Curriculum Management SME Supports development, maintenance, and delivery of training curriculum and course materials aligned with MESF operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, update, and maintain Courses of Instruction (COIs) and training materials.
- Conduct research and analysis of Navy doctrine, NTRPs, and joint publications.
- Ensure curriculum aligns with mission objectives, qualification standards, and training requirements.
- Collaborate with instructors and SMEs to refine course content.
- Support integration of engineering or technical expertise where required.
Qualifications- 8 years of operational, training, and readiness experience with warfare qualification, preferably within expeditionary communities.
- 3 years of recent practical Naval Education Training Command (NETC) experience in content planning and authoring instructional material. "Recent" is defined as within the last 5 years.
- Must have significant fleet engineering expertise. "Significant" is defined ideally as EDO or Rated EN E6 or above.
- years of recent MESF experience as a uniformed service member or a government contractor in the past 5 years.
- Must have at least 5 years of Navy expeditionary relevant operational, training, and readiness experience.
- Active SECRET clearance.
