Basic Qualifications:
  • Participant in the Accenture Summer Analyst Program during Summer 2025 or 2026
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) no later than December 2027

Advisory
  • Business & Industry Acumen: Demonstrated knowledge of consulting, strategy, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, business analysis, process improvement, organizational design, or related disciplines through coursework, internships, or project experience.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems using data, quantitative methods, digital tools, and emerging technologies, with experience or interest in areas such as analytics, visualization, programming, engineering, design, or technology-enabled transformation.
  • Communication & Leadership Potential: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and develop innovative solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Technology
  • Technical & Cybersecurity Foundation: Coursework, experience, or interest in software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, network security, information assurance, and modern technology principles.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to assess complex challenges, apply security and engineering concepts, troubleshoot issues, and develop innovative solutions using data and technology.
  • Emerging Technology & Collaboration: Experience or interest in areas such as AI, cloud, DevOps, threat modeling, identity management, and security frameworks, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments.
