What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute events ranging from large company gatherings to intimate team sessions, all tied to real business goals
  • Own the annual events calendar and manage budgets from planning through execution
  • Handle full event logistics: venue, food and beverage, activities, itinerary
  • Travel roughly 1-2x per month for offsites, venue scouting, and external events
  • Emcee weekly company stand-ups, keeping them tight and inclusive across departments
  • Partner with People Ops and leadership on programs that drive retention and engagement
  • Gather feedback after every event and use it to sharpen the next one
  • Build and maintain playbooks and templates so events scale without reinventing the wheel each time
  • Work with Marketing and Creative on swag and brand representation at external events
  • Coordinate with office management on space and on-site logistics
  • Partner with HR on growth and development opportunities for employees
  • Research and roll out recognition programs, both peer to peer and top down

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of event planning experience, ideally in corporate or employee engagement settings
  • Track record managing multiple events at once without dropping the details
  • Strong project management chops, comfortable in tools like Asana or Monday
  • Sharp communicator who can move easily across every level of the org
  • A problem solver who adapts fast when plans change last minute
  • Experience owning budgets and vendor relationships
  • An eye for accessible, inclusive event design
  • Background in employee engagement, HR, or org development
  • Comfortable running virtual and hybrid events, on top of in-person
  • Startup or fast-paced company experience
  • A genuine love for animals and belief in Fi's mission

Why You'll Love Us:

  • Time to Recharge: Enjoy flexible PTO to take the breaks you need.
  • Top-Notch Health Coverage: We've got your back (and teeth and eyes) with full medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Wellness Perks: Free access to One Medical, Kindbody, and Talkspace to keep you feeling your best.
  • Dog-Friendly Office: Bring your pup to work - they're part of the team, too.
  • Give Back to the Pups: Make tails wag with a $500 annual donation to a dog charity of your choice through our BarkBack Program.
  • Free Fi Membership: Your furry best friend(s) get all the benefits of a Fi collar, on us!
  • Love for Friends + Family: Share the Fi magic with loved ones through our gifting program.
