CT Supervisor

Rome Health - Medical Imaging Department

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CT technologist with leadership abilities to step into a key role where you'll influence patient care, support staff development, and help drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do

As the CT Supervisor, you will play a vital role in both clinical and operational leadership, including:
  • Overseeing daily operations within the CT department to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care
  • Coordinating staffing and securing coverage during short-staffed situations
  • Managing equipment performance and resolving issues promptly
  • Partnering with leadership to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
  • Communicating department updates, policies, and expectations to all staff, including per diem team members
  • Developing and leading training sessions and in-service education for CT staff
  • Serving as a clinical instructor for the SUNY CT program, helping shape the next generation of imaging professionals
  • Leading by example, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and performance
  • Contributing to staff retention, engagement, and recruitment initiatives
