Position Description

The Customer Service Electro-Mechanical Engineer, part of the Customer Service department, will be responsible for all after-sales activities. This role primarily involves electrical and mechanical maintenance in a field of automation and warehouse system management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keep all E80 system components running smoothly through regular inspections and maintenance, whether scheduled or due to breakdowns.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Perform corrective maintenance or troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on machines.
  • Calibrate or configure individual machines or devices.
  • Handle partial or complete upgrades or modifications on outdated systems.
  • Prepare reports and spare parts lists after completing work.
  • Monitor the E80 system's performance, reporting any problems or issues to the appropriate managers.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering preferred; a background in Mechatronics is considered a strong plus.
  • Experience in the automation and/or material handling industry preferred, with exposure to industrial equipment, systems maintenance, or automated processes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with the ability to apply this expertise in field operations.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical schematics is required.
  • Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to other technical professionals and cross functional stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team oriented environment.
