Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with no experience required.
• Deep understanding of cryptographic principles, especially in post-quantum contexts.
• Familiarity with quantum-resistant algorithms: lattice-based, hash-based, code-based, multivariate polynomial.
• Experience with cryptographic standards and NIST's post-quantum standardization efforts.
• Ability to analyze trade-offs in cryptographic approaches in a post-quantum world.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex cryptographic assessments.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive question and answer pairs for evaluating post-quantum cryptography understanding.
