Overview:Role: Crypto & Digital Assets, Product Owner Locations: Westlake, TX; Austin, TX; Southlake, TX Role Summary
Own the business product vision and backlog for how digital assets are booked, posted, reconciled, and serviced. The posting positions this as a product ownership role centered on digital asset posting, books and records, lifecycle servicing, and use of agentic AI for discovery, requirements, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for digital asset posting, books and records, and lifecycle servicing.
- Define workflows for trade capture, posting, reconciliation, reporting, and exception handling, with relevant attention to trade life cycle, custody, and settlements.
- Serve as the business owner for how digital assets move through books and records and partner with stakeholders to ensure activity is posted accurately, reconciled daily, and audit ready.
- Ensure product design meets regulatory, accounting, and tax reporting requirements and embed controls in workflows with legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders.
- Use autonomous agents and AI-assisted tooling to break epics into user stories and acceptance criteria, draft PRDs and workflow diagrams, summarize stakeholder input and regulatory materials, and create executive-ready summaries and decision memos.
- Partner closely with technical project management and engineering on a multi-step AI-centric development lifecycle.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint reviews, roadmap reviews, stakeholder demos, and business go-live readiness, including runbooks, UAT, and post-launch health.

- 6+ years of product ownership or product management experience in financial services, custody, banking, or capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of books and records, posting, and reconciliation workflows.
- Demonstrated fluency with agentic AI tools to support discovery, writing, analysis, and stakeholder synthesis.
- Ability to turn complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear business requirements.
- Experience working in regulated environments with risk, compliance, and legal partners.
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership.
- Strongly preferred: experience with digital assets, crypto custody, blockchain, and stablecoins, plus understanding of wallets, keys, fees, confirmations, staking, bridging, and AI-assisted delivery models.
