As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of a given sales region. This will include Agency management, training, profitable region growth, and general day to day support of agencies.
Essential Duties:- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with both internal and external customers
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maximize business retention by exceptional customer service
- Lead the development of productive agency plans to maximize business opportunities and profitable revenue growth.
- Collaborate with all team member stakeholders to drive holistic approach to agency support; internal claims, processing, livestock partners
- Provide Agency training on processing system, products, and general Crop Insurance knowledge
- Business Growth:
- Proactively identify new business growth opportunities in assigned region
- Conduct market research, and analyze industry trends.
- Analyze current region business and drive organic growth
- Meet or exceed assigned annual sales goal
- Drive profitability within assigned region by strategically growing business
- Market Expert
- Become an expert in local region
- Understand all products and services in the region agents need to be successful
- Communicate competitive products and trends to internal team for analysis
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Crop Insurance experience in any role; Agency, sales, Underwriting, Claims, etc.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and strategize accordingly.
- Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
- Must live within assigned region
