**Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates relocating 50+ miles to Craven, Jones, Onslow, or Carteret County.**Full Time work commitment requiredJob Summary: A CRNA is an advanced practice specialty within the profession of nursing responsible for giving total anesthesia care to patients requiring anesthesia services. CRNA practice includes pre-anesthetic evaluation and preparation, anesthesia induction, maintenance and emergency, post-anesthetic care, pain management, and responding to emergency situations related to airway management and cardia life support techniques.
Minimum Requirements:- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia education program accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) of Nurse Anesthesia Education Programs or its predecessor.
- Current license as Registered Nurse by the North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) or current compact state license.
- Current recognition as a CRNA by NCBON. Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Certification/recertification by National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Current privileges as a CRNA at CarolinaEast.
- Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by this organization and state.
