CRM Financial Analyst The CRM Financial Analyst - Control Products and Controls segment is seeking a Financial Analyst to support CRM activities for the segment and serve as a strategic finance support for the OEM AMPLIFY Program. Key responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, month-end close activities, financial reporting, and bookings, sales, cost, margin, and profitability analysis. The analyst will provide customer, product, and program performance insights, support monthly consensus forecasting and backlog reviews, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve business performance and forecast accuracy.
This position is based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia and requires the working onsite for 3 days a week.
Job Responsibilities: Financial Performance & Analysis - Work with cross functional teams in CP&C segment to drive the topline forecast and annual budget process by gathering financial, market and business analytics information.
- Participate in the month-end closing process by preparing Journal Entries for accruals related to customer rebate programs (OEM and Industrial market).
- Coordinate month-end closing process activities for customer OOH (Orders on hand) and backlog
- Responsible for reporting and uploading top line figures for forecast and budget in SAC Tool
- Evaluate data and analyze trends in backlog, sales, cost, standard margin to improve top line.
- Support financial ownership of the OEM AMPLIFY Program by monitoring revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and cash flow performance.
- Prepare monthly financial reviews, variance analysis, forecasting, and budget updates.
- Monitor project performance throughout the lifecycle and identify deviations from financial targets.
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence - Design and develop financial dashboards, scorecards, and KPI monitoring tools.
- Create automated reporting solutions that improve visibility into program performance.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build predictive and scenario-based financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions.
- Leverage tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, Knime, Excel.
Performance Management & Reporting - Provide financial data-driven for decision making across the AMPLIFY Program.
- Develop executive-level reports and presentations for middle and top management
- Track and report key performance indicators related to financial, operational, and commercial performance for AMPLIFY Program
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic insights to leadership.
- Assist in developing financial business cases for strategic initiatives and investments
Process Improvement & Digital Transformation - Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
- Support digitalization initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce manual reporting activities across CP&C Organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, workflows, and business processes
Basic Qualifications: - BS in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in financial planning & analysis or related function.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to travel occasionally (less than 20%).
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ERP system-SAP Analytics Cloud and BI tools (Tableau, Knime, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to critically assess data and solve complex problems.

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
