Description About the Role As CRM Campaign Specialist (New Locations), you will own the end-to-end execution of email, SMS, and postal campaigns for every newly acquired and greenfield office that joins the MyEyeDr. family. Working at the intersection of marketing operations and growth, you'll evaluate new patient lists, set up and deploy launch communications, and monitor early campaign performance to ensure every new location gets off to a strong start.
You'll partner closely with the Integrations team to coordinate go-live communications and resolve any issues that arise. In a company that continues to grow through acquisitions and de novo expansion, your work directly shapes how patients experience their new MyEyeDr. office from day one.
