Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners join our Critical Care Medicine team on rotations in Chesapeake, VA. We are seeking high quality PA-Cs and NPs who are able to provide exceptional patient care in the inpatient setting.

Responsibilities:- Perform initial assessments, daily progress notes, and ongoing evaluation of critically ill patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the attending physician3
- Perform and assist in critical care procedures
- Respond to medical emergencies, including, Code Blue and Rapid Response events
- Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding care plans, goals of care, and prognosis
