Full Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team responsible for Auto loss forecasting, portfolio analysis, and forecast execution.
  • Oversee end-to-end forecast production across monthly, quarterly, annual planning, and stress testing exercises.
  • Ensure forecasts are delivered accurately, transparently, and within established timelines and governance requirements.
  • Communicate forecast results, key drivers, risks, and uncertainties to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary contact for Auto Loss Forecasting across Risk, Finance, Technology, and business organizations.
  • Partner with Finance to support reserve, planning, budgeting, and earnings-related processes.
  • Challenge forecast assumptions, judgments, and methodologies to ensure analytical rigor and appropriate risk management.
  • Identify emerging portfolio risks and translate complex analytics into actionable business insights.
  • Lead responses to model governance reviews, validation activities, regulatory examinations, and internal audits.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders involved in forecasting, including Risk, Finance, Technology, Data, and business partners.
  • Oversee forecasting infrastructure priorities and technology enhancements that improve scalability, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Develop and coach forecasting talent while building organizational capabilities and succession plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Credit Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in consumer credit risk, forecasting, portfolio analytics, finance, or related quantitative disciplines.
  • Experience leading teams responsible for forecast production, credit analytics, risk management, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to executive audiences.
  • Experience working within a highly governed environment involving regulatory, audit, or model risk management oversight.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results under demanding timelines.
  • Experience with Auto lending portfolios and consumer credit products.
  • Experience supporting CECL/ACL, stress testing, or enterprise planning processes.
  • Knowledge of loss forecasting methodologies and portfolio performance drivers.
  • Experience partnering with Model Risk Management, Validation, Internal Audit, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline..

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
