Work Location: Remote, US
Salary Range: $100K/Yr - $140K/Yr Base + Annual Bonus

The posted range is the hiring range for this role - a subset of the broader range available to employees over time - and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and lakes to ensure accurate, accessible, and secure data for analytics and reporting. Develop data ingestion, transformation, integration, and data quality capabilities.

Responsibilities

  1. Portfolio performance analytics and risk insight - Analyze credit performance across consumer book: identify emerging trends, drivers of delinquency and loss movements, assess performance against risk appetite, connect portfolio outcomes to underlying credit strategy - acquisition quality, line management, and loss mitigation. Author the risk narrative presented to the client's senior risk leadership each cycle.
  2. Lead the reporting automation program - Manage the end-to-end automation of risk reporting suite in partnership with the data engineering team responsible for the automation: prioritize build, ensure business logic and analytical intent are correctly implemented, and own validation and sign-off on automated outputs.
  3. Own client engagement - Manage senior risk stakeholders, drive program roadmap, and be accountable for delivery.
