Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in credit research or analysis within financial institutions or asset management.
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing credit research teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with clarity in explaining complex concepts.
• Solid understanding of credit markets and macroeconomic factors affecting financial institutions.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills, able to make sound judgments under pressure.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism, adhering to ethical conduct standards.
• Required FINRA licenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the credit research department.
• Produce comprehensive credit research reports and market commentary for stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators for risk and opportunity identification.
