Job Qualifications

Six (6) years of experience in finance or accounting. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

OR

Bachelors degree in accounting; or a degree in a related field such as business administration or finance, and four (4) years of experience.
One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

  • Major Duties

    Manages and coordinates the maintenance and upgrades of the credit program business systems.
    Builds operational capabilities and drives launch readiness of new card features. Manages support for card servicing, new business initiatives, and resolution of escalated cardholder requests.
    Leads efforts to deliver cost-effective and operational improvements across card servicing, system processing, and collections recoveries.
    Facilitates partnership with the credit program strategy and communications team for all official communications relating to the operations of the credit program.
    Partners with sister service organizations to provide operational support for card processing, credit growth, improvement initiatives, and system upgrades.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
