Job Description Credit Analyst Underwriter IV oversees and manages complex credit risk assessments and underwriting processes to ensure that the bank's financial assets are safeguarded. This role is responsible for leading a dedicated team of credit analysts and underwriters, while also collaborating with other departments to establish policies, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the credit risk assessment process, including the review and monitoring of credit applications to ensure their compliance with the bank's credit risk strategy and policy guidelines.
  • Responsible for the leadership and management of a team of credit analysts and underwriters, guiding their day-to-day activities and managing their professional development.
  • Actively contribute to the development and revision of credit policies, practices, and procedures to balance risk and profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute short and medium-term strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, influencing actions to optimize portfolio performance.
