About the job Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. We work to improve the practical elements of creator experiences such as making video appeals easier, explanations for demonetization more detailed, turnaround times faster, and ensuring policy launches are more seamless - and above all easier to access and understand. This team focuses on making the experience of being a creator better, through ensuring that business generation policy is something that's easily understood, that is open to change and that reflects the ever-changing world of the creator ecosystem. We work to make the advertiser-friendly content guidelines a set of rules that creators can live with, as well as live by. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
