This role ensures our storytelling is grounded in functionality, accurate to the product, secure, visually refined, and ready for capture across social, web, events, keynotes, and all marketing channels.

You will lead the development of front-end design solutions, functional prototypes, tools, and user interface systems that bring Microsoft commercial products to life, accelerate creative exploration, and help teams align around what is technically and creatively possible. Responsibilities

  • Deliver film-ready and deployment-ready experiences for product videos, social content, web interactions, events, and keynote demonstrations across commercial marketing channels.
  • Translate ambiguous creative concepts into functional prototypes that accelerate learning, align stakeholders, and enable confident creative and production decisions.
  • Shape cohesive end-to-end experiences with motion designers, visual designers, producers, and creative directors, establishing a high bar for visual craft, interaction quality, and technical execution.
  • Ensure product accuracy and technical feasibility by partnering with product marketing, engineering, and product teams throughout concept development, prototyping, validation, and production.
  • Integrate emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, browser-based interactivity, real-time engines, code-driven animation, plug-ins, and APIs, to create new storytelling formats and accelerate creative workflows.
  • Scale successful storytelling solutions across teams and channels by establishing reusable patterns, documenting technical approaches, and maintaining shared prototype and tooling libraries.
