Translate brand goals and market insights into compelling campaign concepts designed to resonate with audiences and improve key performance metrics.
Own Creative Ideation and Concept DevelopmentGenerate new campaign ideas and creative concepts grounded in market research, content analysis, and consumer trends. Continuously identify opportunities to test new formats, messaging angles, and storytelling approaches that strengthen campaign performance across a portfolio of consumer brands.
Build Clear, Actionable Creative BriefsConcept and write detailed briefs that guide creators, designers, and writers in producing high-quality visual and written content. Own the development of scripts, hooks, shot lists, and messaging frameworks that align with brand guidelines while maintaining an authentic and engaging voice.
Guide Creative Production and Post-ProductionCollaborate with internal teams to ensure creative concepts are executed effectively from production through final delivery. Provide visual direction, storyboard guidance, and post-production briefs that help shape compelling video and static ad creatives.
Optimize Creative Through Performance InsightsAnalyze campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR to understand what resonates with audiences. Use these insights to recommend new creative iterations, refine messaging, and optimize advertorial landing pages to improve campaign results.
Collaborate Across Teams to Drive ResultsWork closely with Brand Success, design, and cross-functional partners to align creative direction with campaign goals. Contribute ideas, insights, and feedback that help teams deliver cohesive, high-performing marketing campaigns.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED- 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy or performance-driven content within the DTC or ecommerce space.
- Experience developing visual advertising concepts, including video and static content, with familiarity in elements like hooks, storyboarding, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and performance.
- Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Figma or Canva, and video editing platforms like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
- Comfort working within project management platforms (such as Asana or Monday) to track deliverables, timelines, and creative workflows.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends, with curiosity about how content, technology, and platform dynamics shape brand growth.
- An entrepreneurial, builder mindset, with enthusiasm for testing ideas, iterating on creative concepts, and working in fast-moving environments where experimentation is encouraged.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Clear and compelling communication skills, both written and visual, with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, engaging creative direction.
- A highly collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and contribute positively to a fast-paced, creative environment.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
