MMS Strategy & Marketing is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our team!

This role will be responsible for managing our marketing campaign workflows via Workfront and ensuring on-time delivery of our creative assets & tactics. Role will set up tactical jobs in Workfront, kick off creative workflows, and then be the POC for internal stakeholders & agency partners as a campaign moves through the development process.

This role will also be responsible for administrative support relating to the project / process management platform, Workfront, including setup & onboarding for new users, strategic workflow adjustments, and other tasks as identified.

1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously via Workfront. Includes job creation, kick off scheduling, workflow management, communications with internal/external partners, and ensuring on time delivery.

2. Engage & Collaborate with various stakeholders including designers, copywriters, agencies, and internal campaign/business owners.

3. Identify and pivot around obstacles that may be slowing down processes & workflows. Includes engaging & influencing project team/s to ensure all deliverables are met. Proactively identify new process/workflow improvements that drive innovation, automation, and/or better outcomes.

4. Assist with administrative support in the setup and management of project / process management platform, Workfront, including registration of new users, dashboard cleanup, workflow management, and other tasks as they arise.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Critical Skills/Business Experience
  • Project / Program Management: 3+ years managing multiple projects at once; Must be very organized and have an understanding of project management tools & resources.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong relationship builder that understands how to navigate a complex organization to get things accomplished; Must have strong skills in interpersonal, written, and visual communication.
  • Engagement: Must be comfortable engaging various stakeholders, and approach with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proactiveness: Needs to be proactive in identifying workflow issues/inefficiencies and develop recommendations/solutions to pivot around.
  • System Administration - Experience working within a project or process management tool / platform, preferably Workfront. System administration experience preferred but not necessary.


Preferred, Nice to Have, Specialized Knowledge/Skills -
  • PMP, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred


Education: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience.

Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) - work remotely and occasional work in office

General Office Demands

Able to travel 5% of the time
