The role provides selective project management leadership for larger campaigns, strategic opportunities, and complex cross-functional initiatives where dedicated coordination adds the greatest value.
Success is measured not by the number of projects personally managed, but by the role's ability to improve Workfront adoption, data quality, self-service capability, portfolio visibility, financial insight, and consistent execution across the organization.
