We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Creative Director to lead our creative function and shape the brand's visual identity, storytelling, and overall creative direction.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with strategic thinking and leadership skills. You will work closely with marketing, content, product, and leadership teams to develop compelling ideas and ensure consistently high-quality creative output across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the overall creative vision, strategy, and direction for the brand.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, print, video, events, and other relevant platforms.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire designers, copywriters, content creators, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into strong creative concepts and executions.
  • Establish and maintain consistent brand identity, visual language, tone of voice, and creative standards.
  • Review, refine, and approve creative work before final delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and senior leadership teams on campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients when required.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant creative experience, with significant experience leading creative teams or projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, campaign development, visual communication, and creative storytelling.
  • Proven experience developing creative concepts from strategy through execution.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, photography, video, digital media, and brand communication.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with business objectives.
  • Strong project-management and decision-making abilities.
