The Role

At CompanyCam, the Creative Director shapes the vision, execution, and evolution of creative strategies that drive business growth, strengthen customer connections, and elevate our brand. Reporting to the Director of Creative, you9ll lead multidisciplinary creative teams across design, video, web, and copy while partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other business leaders to bring bold ideas to life.

This role is equal parts strategist, creative leader, and collaborator. You9ll connect business goals with creative execution, ensuring every campaign, asset, and customer touchpoint contributes to a cohesive brand story and measurable business impact.

Location: Remote - Candidates must permanently and currently reside in the United States.

  • Develop creative strategies that align with business objectives, customer needs, and brand positioning
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to creative team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop integrated campaigns and solve business challenges through creative thinking

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $80,000-$92,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
