About the role

The Creative Director will lead the vision, development, and execution of Barry's creative output across all channels. This role is responsible for shaping how the brand shows up-visually, emotionally, and experientially-ensuring a cohesive and elevated expression across campaigns, content, and in-studio environments.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking, creative direction, and execution.

What you'll do

Creative Leadership & Strategy

  • Own and evolve Barry's global creative vision across all touchpoints
  • Translate business objectives into insight-driven creative strategies and campaigns
  • Ensure consistency and quality of brand expression across all markets

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead concept development and execution of integrated 3606 campaigns
  • Oversee creative across digital, social, in-studio, and experiential channels
  • Partner cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life in a way that is both impactful and operationally feasible

Content & Production Direction

  • Lead all aspects of creative production, including photoshoots, video, and content creation
  • Own the end-to-end process from concepting and casting through on-set direction and post-production
  • Ensure all assets reflect a premium, cohesive, and recognizable Barry's aesthetic

Brand & Experience

  • Maintain and evolve Barry's visual identity and brand standards
  • Shape the in-studio (4 Red Room4 ) experience through creative storytelling and seasonal moments
  • Ensure alignment between physical and digital brand experiences

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing creative team
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence

The pay range for this role is:

110,000 - 120,000 USD per year (New York)
