About the roleThe Creative Director will lead the vision, development, and execution of Barry's creative output across all channels. This role is responsible for shaping how the brand shows up-visually, emotionally, and experientially-ensuring a cohesive and elevated expression across campaigns, content, and in-studio environments.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking, creative direction, and execution.
What you'll doCreative Leadership & Strategy
- Own and evolve Barry's global creative vision across all touchpoints
- Translate business objectives into insight-driven creative strategies and campaigns
- Ensure consistency and quality of brand expression across all markets
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead concept development and execution of integrated 3606 campaigns
- Oversee creative across digital, social, in-studio, and experiential channels
- Partner cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life in a way that is both impactful and operationally feasible
Content & Production Direction
- Lead all aspects of creative production, including photoshoots, video, and content creation
- Own the end-to-end process from concepting and casting through on-set direction and post-production
- Ensure all assets reflect a premium, cohesive, and recognizable Barry's aesthetic
Brand & Experience
- Maintain and evolve Barry's visual identity and brand standards
- Shape the in-studio (4 Red Room4 ) experience through creative storytelling and seasonal moments
- Ensure alignment between physical and digital brand experiences
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing creative team
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence
Qualifications- 8-12+ years of experience in creative leadership roles (agency or in-house brand environment)
- Proven experience leading 3606 brand campaigns and experiential creative
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact storytelling and brand-building work
- Deep understanding of premium lifestyle, fitness, fashion, or hospitality brands preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance creative vision with business priorities in a fast-paced environment
The pay range for this role is:
110,000 - 120,000 USD per year (New York)
