Full Job Description
Where You Come In

We're looking for a Creative Community Lead to own and grow Luma's creator community - cultivating deep, long-term relationships with the creative professionals and creators shaping the future of creative intelligence.

This role is community-first. The primary responsibility is building, nurturing, and scaling a high-trust ecosystem (including but not limited to our Creative Partner Program), ensuring creators are supported, heard, and inspired to do their best work with Luma.

You will work closely with teams across marketing, product, and events. When the community is strong, those extensions (campaigns, launches, feedback, cultural moments) naturally follow - and this role helps activate them collaboratively.

This is a highly relational role, best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys working with members of the creative community - whether they are creative professionals working at larger companies, artists or solo-creators.

What You'll Do

Creator Community Ownership (Primary Focus)

  • Own the strategy and day-to-day health of the company's creator community, including existing programs and new programs you create and scale as part of our community efforts
  • Build durable, trust-based relationships with creators ranging from early adopters to highly influential, culture-shaping talent
  • Establish clear community rhythms: regular communication, touchpoints, programming, and feedback moments
  • Develop systems that make creators feel supported, recognized, and invested in Luma over the long term
  • Grow goodwill in the creative community by consistently showing up with clarity, follow-through, and respect for creators' time and craft

Community Growth & Programming

  • Evolve existing community programs into a scalable, high-signal global creator ecosystem
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, Dream Lab, and events teams to support:
    • Events
    • Community moments
    • Campaign participation
    • Creator showcases, spotlights, and recognition
  • Help shape programming that elevates creators (education, exposure, paid opportunities, cultural moments)

Creative Partnerships (Selective & Community-Driven)

  • Identify and cultivate creator partnerships that strengthen the community and reinforce Luma's creative credibility
  • Support onboarding and enablement for creators so they can successfully adopt and showcase Luma's tools
  • Create co-announcements or storytelling moments when creators' work is ready for amplification
  • Maintain a high bar for taste, alignment, and creator experience

What Sets You Apart (Bonus Points)

  • Creative professionals actively want to be part of the Luma community - and stay
  • Programs feels intentional, curated, and valuable rather than transactional
  • Creators regularly engage, share feedback, and advocate organically
  • Luma earns genuine goodwill and cultural credibility among top creators
  • Community initiatives consistently feed high-quality campaigns, launches, and creative moments (without forcing them)
  • Strong relationship-builder with empathy for creative workflows
  • Strong taste and judgment around creative work and cultural relevance
  • Experience leading creator, artist, or creative communities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Organized, thoughtful, and able to scale programs without losing the human touch

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $175,000 - $240,000 per year.
