About the PositionThe Creative & Brand Manager is responsible for building a bold, distinctive, and commercially effective brand presence at a global scale. Operating in a fast-moving environment, this role will bring pace, ambition, and creative courage to the marketing function.
This role will lead the development of standout creative campaigns, compelling, visual content, high-impact video content, and memorable event experiences that make the brand impossible to ignore.
We are looking for a creative leader who is comfortable taking calculated risks, challenging conventional B2B marketing, and using AI and emerging technologies to create more engaging, relevant, and scalable marketing content and campaigns. The role will turn complex products and ideas into creative visuals, stories, and experiences that build awareness, generate engagement, and support commercial growth globally.
Primary Responsibilities: - Define and evolve the company's creative marketing approach, ensuring the brand is distinctive, consistent, relevant, and compelling across global markets.
- Produce creative output (design, copy, visual assets); strong execution skills and comfort rolling up your sleeves are essential.
- Set a high creative bar for campaigns, web, content, social media, events, and brand experiences.
- Develop bold creative concepts that differentiate the organization in a competitive B2B SaaS market.
- Translate complex products, customer challenges, and market trends into clear, captivating content that resonate with enterprise audiences.
- Identify, select, and onboard external creative agency partner(s) to support production capacity as needed, and manage those relationships day-to-day.
- Protect brand consistency while actively finding opportunities to evolve, modernize, and strengthen the brand's presence
- Lead the creative development of integrated global marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, email, web, paid media, events, and field activity.
- Create and oversee compelling content formats, including thought leadership, video, customer stories, campaign assets, executive content, and social-first creative.
- Partner with Product Marketing, and Revenue Marketing teams to ensure creative work supports pipeline generation, account engagement, and commercial priorities.
- Champion the use of AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate content creation, improve campaign personalization, increase creative output, and enhance team efficiency.
- Establish clear standards for responsible, high-quality use of AI in content, creative development, and marketing production.
- Partner with Field and Event Marketing to create standout experiences for customer events, industry conferences, executive engagements, and flagship company moments.
- Develop creative event concepts, messaging, environments, activations, and content that drive meaningful audience engagement and commercial outcomes.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications - 10+ years of creative marketing, brand, content, creative direction, or integrated campaign experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, or another complex enterprise environment.
- Experience operating in a high-growth, private-equity-backed, or similarly fast-paced and commercially demanding business.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create distinctive brand platforms, integrated campaigns, social content, and high-impact event or experiential work.
- Proven experience translating complex or technical products into engaging, accessible, and commercially effective creative marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to take smart creative risks and challenge conventional B2B marketing approaches.
- Strong experience using, or leading the adoption of, AI tools to improve content development, campaign production, personalization, or creative operations.
- Deep understanding of social media strategy, content formats, audience engagement, and digital campaign development.
- Experience leading creative teams, agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong commercial orientation, with the ability to connect creative investment to awareness, engagement, pipeline, and business outcomes.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
