  • Standardize development and release processes to improve developer productivity, reliability, and operational transparency.
  • Promote automation and engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle.

Security, Risk & Resiliency
  • Own and oversee all software security concerns across the product suite, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with enterprise security, risk, and compliance teams to proactively identify and mitigate technology risks.
  • Ensure platforms and applications are designed with security, resiliency, and availability built in by design.

AI & Advanced Technology Adoption
  • Spearhead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across internal platforms, engineering processes, and operational workflows to enhance automation, decision-making, and efficiency.
  • Champion the integration of AI capabilities into client-facing products and services to deliver differentiated value and competitive advantage.
  • Ensure responsible, ethical, and scalable use of AI technologies in alignment with enterprise standards.

Financial & Executive Partnership
  • Partner with Finance and the Executive Leadership Team to optimize technology investment, manage cost efficiency, and maximize return on investment.
  • Drive transparency and discipline in technology spend while supporting sustainable growth and client success.
  • Contribute to the broader enterprise strategy as a trusted technology advisor.

Growth & Enterprise Alignment
  • Drive the technology roadmap that supports the company's ambition to become a billion-dollar, technology-led enterprise.
  • Partner closely with parent company leadership to bring collective strategy and vision to life, promoting collaboration across business lines.
  • Maintain a strong alignment with the parent company's CIO organization through a dual reporting model to ensure enterprise coherence and leverage shared capabilities.
