Who we are looking forWe are seeking a strategic, client-focused, and transformational leader to serve as SVP, Head of Accounting & Fund Administration. This executive will be responsible for the overall leadership, governance, and delivery of Accounting and Fund Administration services across a global operating model, ensuring operational excellence, financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client outcomes.
The successful candidate will drive growth, modernization, and innovation, including the adoption of AI, agentic AI solutions, and automation to enhance scalability, productivity, controls, and service quality.
What you will be responsible forAccounting & Fund Administration Leadership- Lead the strategy, execution, and performance of the global Accounting & Fund Administration business.
- Oversee the delivery of fund accounting, financial reporting, NAV production, insurance accounting, and related administration services across traditional and alternative investment products.
- Ensure consistent delivery excellence, operational resilience, and adherence to client and regulatory obligations.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex accounting, operational, client, and regulatory matters.
- Partner closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk teams to enhance capabilities, develop new solutions, and support business growth.
Client, Growth & Commercial Leadership- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, auditors, and industry stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, and Product teams to support client retention, new business opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead operational due diligence and onboarding governance for new mandates.
- Foster a client-centric culture focused on quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
Transformation & Innovation- Drive large-scale transformation initiatives focused on operating model optimization, automation, and service modernization.
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and agentic AI solutions, to improve operational efficiency, data quality, decision-making, and client service delivery.
- Establish KPI-driven performance management, productivity, and capacity planning frameworks to support future growth.
Risk, Governance & Talent Leadership- Maintain a strong risk, control, compliance, and governance framework across all Accounting & Fund Administration activities.
- Oversee regulatory engagement, audits, business continuity, and operational resiliency programs.
- Develop and mentor senior leaders while building a high-performing, accountable, and innovative organization.
- Drive succession planning, talent development, and organizational capability to support long-term growth.

- Minimum of ten years of experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Extensive leadership experience within asset servicing, fund administration, insurance accounting, or broader financial services operations.
- Proven track record leading large global teams, driving transformation, and delivering client-focused outcomes.
- Experience leveraging data, automation, AI, and agentic AI solutions to modernize operations and improve business performance.

Salary Range: $225,000 - $337,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
