Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team. The CPA will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing financial records, and providing strategic financial guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Conduct thorough audits to ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulations.
- Manage budgeting processes and provide financial forecasts to assist in business planning.
- Oversee taxation processes, including tax planning and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Provide management accounting support, including cost analysis and performance metrics.
- Utilize tax software and Quickbooks for efficient financial management and reporting.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service regarding financial matters.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure that the company policies reflect those changes.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Active CPA certification required.
- Proven experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Quickbooks and tax software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Experience with management accounting and budgeting processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
