Full Job Description
Specifically, we are looking for candidates who enjoy analytical writing and analysis, but who are also drawn toward the excitement of trial advocacy including appellate advocacy and trial monitoring. This role provides a balanced mix of research, writing, hands on litigation and client interface. Our coverage group represents insurance companies in navigating all manner of coverage questions, filing declaratory judgement actions and defending coverage and bad faith suits involving all lines of insurance. Additionally, the interlocutory appeal climate in NY gives a unique opportunity for an attorney to hone their appellate advocacy skills.

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $200,000+ depending on experience and portable business.
