Purpose and Impact:

Provides senior instructor delivery and course support for classified courses as described in the SOW. Serves as an experienced instructor for assigned offerings and supports consistent course execution by applying established classroom/lab procedures, assisting with course preparation/closeout activities, and 'resolving moderately complex student and lab workflow issues within authorized instructor permissions. Coordinates with Content. Developers, Instructional Designers, Configuration Management CMS Administrators, System Administrators, Network support, QA] Test, and security personnel by documenting issues, providing reproducible details, and supporting validation of fixes to maintain course delivery readiness and ensure operational use of only current. Government-approved content. Provides actionable feedback based on student performance observations and after-action inputs while protecting assessment integrity and avoiding disclosure of test material in any form. Does not perform LMS administration infrastructure modifications, or software changes outside authorized privileges; such issues are documented and escalated through Government approved channels.

Work Schedule: The coursesbeing supported are active from 0700-1800 M-F. Contract core hours are 1000-1400.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead instructor for assigned offerings when directed; assist with standardizing delivery approach and ensuring consistent application of classroom/lab procedures across instructors.

• Deliver instruction requiring advanced tradecraft judgment and explanation of rationale/operational risk considerations, without providing prohibited solution paths or disallowed assessment assistance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex student and lab/exercise issues; coordinate cross-team escalation (LMS/SA/Network/QA) and document actions taken and outcomes in Government-approved tracking systems.

• Support review of grading/assessment behaviors (manual and/or automated where applicable); identify recurring issues, provide reproducible evidence, and support validation of fixes/regressions.

• Maintain familiarity with course maps and schedules for assigned areas; provide updates/inputs as directed and coordinate with CM and course development personnel to remain aligned to current approved baselines.

• Perform basic trend review of student performance and feedback; identify recurring learner problem areas and recommend courseware/lab clarifications consistent with SOW expectations.

• Provide consolidated instructor inputs to SOW deliverables (e.g., end-of-course reporting inputs, issue logs, improvement recommendations) ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Enforce assessment integrity and enhanced handling requirements; support immediate reporting and coordination when testing irregularities or suspected compromise indicators occur.

Minimum Education:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Education/instructional Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field and six (6) years of relevant experience

OR

• Bachelor's degree in the same fields and eight (8) years of relevant experience

OR

• Associate's degree (or 18 semester hours of military coursework/training in a related field) and ten (10) years of relevant experience

OR

• At least six (6) months of FORGE /HAMR (CYBR4600) teaching experience occurring within the last two (2) years

OR

• High school diploma/GED and twelve (12) years of relevant experience

• Experience within last two (2) years as a certified T50 Exploiter Trainer and five (5) years of IO or EA experience

Minimum Years of Experience:

• At least five (5) years of teaching experience in FORGE, 1--1ANfR (CYBR4600), or discontinued equivalent courses, with teaching activity within the last two (2) years

OR

• Experience within last two (2) years as a certified T50 Exploiter Trainer and five (5) years of IO or EA experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Instructor experience in a formal classroom structure or demonstrated formal instructor training, such as graduate degree in education or state teaching certification
• Demonstrate knowledge of scenario development and Interactive systems virtual Learning module creations using tools such as VSphere, VCenter, Moodle, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate, or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience in engineering, design, development, systems deployment, operations, training or maintenance expertise with Microsoft Windows operating systems, including in-depth device drivers and kernel-level development/modifications.

• At least three (3) years of system engineering experience with most Language commonly used programming languages, to include but not limited to: Python, HTML, PERL.

• Demonstrate knowledge of creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using a virtual machine manager (e.g., VMware vSphere/vCenter) in support of developing real-world scenarios.
