What you'll be doing day to day • Support site merchandising initiatives, including setting up product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activities based on the commercial calendar. • Manage day-to-day execution of key merchandising programs, including user-generated content, product seeding, and product recommendations, to support brand visibility, product engagement, and sales performance. • Analyze weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance data (e.g., conversion rates, search behavior, add-to-basket performance) to optimize sales, improve product discoverability, and enhance search relevance. Ensure execution is aligned with commercial goals, customer needs, and market trends. • Collaborate with Digital Product/UX to identify site feature enhancements that reduce friction in the customer journey. • Build and implement A/B testing to optimize the roadmap for digital customer meeting points by identifying merchandising hypotheses, testing site functionality, tracking results, and providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement. • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of customer-segmented recommendations and personalized experiences, working closely with the personalization team. • Execute updates for product descriptions, images, and localization with the content team to ensure consistency and relevance across digital touchpoints, meeting local market needs. • Support the management of the site content experience, assisting with the request and briefing process for on-site placements. • Actively participate in a culture of innovation and continuous learning, exploring new tools, trends, and merchandising techniques.
