Full Job Description
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Access is required.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide critical support in CI-focused security screening, vetting, and intelligence analysis for the Security Vetting Office (SVO).
  • Collaborate with DoD, federal agencies, and Allied Forces to meet essential mission goals.
  • Apply your expertise in the intelligence cycle to transform data into actionable insights for intelligence databases and products.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in intelligence operations, including interviewing, screening, and database management.
  • Draft special assessments, intelligence reports, threat assessments, and other intelligence products to inform decision-making.
  • Tackle complex problems by evaluating data and identifying key factors.
  • Develop and implement evolving procedures to ensure smooth, effective operations.
  • Advise and assist on high-risk determinations and coordinate critical assessments with operational guidance.
  • Create and deliver training on systems and procedures related to personnel security and vetting operations.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in counterintelligence collection, investigation, or intelligence analysis - OR 10 years of intelligence analysis experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven ability to draft detailed assessments, reports, bulletins, and threat evaluations.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of addressing diverse challenges.
  • At least 2 years of experience in identity validation, analysis, or targeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to present and brief materials effectively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally in support of missions.
  • Experience as a credentialed FBI Agent, FBI CI/IT Intelligence Analyst, DoD Special Agent, or Army CI Agent.
  • Advanced analytics training.
