Position OverviewAs Counsel within PNC's Corporate Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC, Cleveland, OH or Birmingham, AL.
This role would primarily provide legal advice and support to the Retail Operations team focused on third party process, including subpoenas and garnishments.
Duties include day to day management of subpoena and garnishment matters; ongoing review and advice concerning existing processes and legal parameters used by the Retail Operations team to fulfill third-party service items; and management of litigation and regulatory enforcement matters that arise in the Retail Operations space.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $80,000.00 - $232,050.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
