3–5+ years of experience in costing or relevant field
Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and job setup
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and risks

Responsibilities
Prepare complex quotes using the RFQ system
Create and maintain bid files with timely uploads
Develop competitor and margin analysis for pricing decisions
Provide insights to the VP of Finance based on bid data
Validate quoted vs. actual performance for new items
Analyze cost variances against quoted model assumptions
Track cost impacts of specification changes
