Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with computer-based maintenance planning/scheduling preferred
• Background in maintenance planning preferred
• Previous maintenance planning experience with SAP preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook required
• Strong understanding of maintenance safety and environmental requirements preferred
• Ability to communicate clear and concise information required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule routine maintenance activities for the Cortez Conveyor Belt Services
• Upload and maintain maintenance activities data in Share Point and SAP
• Coordinate with business partners to fulfill work according to approved SOWs and manage invoices
• Maintain an accurate backlog and collaborate with supervisors and planners
• Develop task and material lists and review stock level requirements
• Communicate and coordinate with maintenance, operations, purchasing, and vendors
• Maintain the annual budget and forecasts for Cortez Conveyor Belt activities
• Perform other duties as assigned
