Qualifications

• Proven safety record supporting safety and environmental goals.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience required.
• Supervisory or Lead-person experience preferred.
• Technical training in maintenance or mechanics preferred.
• Ability to understand role's contribution to business objectives required.
• Self-pacing and unsupervised work capability required.
• Effective communication skills across all media forms required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and support a maintenance crew.
• Provide training and coaching to technicians.
• Engage crew for safe and efficient maintenance completion.
• Establish and refine maintenance strategies collaboratively with production.
• Ensure completion of Predictive Maintenance and routine activities for optimal performance.
• Develop a safe and productive team environment.
• Accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
