Full Job Description
What this job involves:

The Corrigo Platform & Delivery Lead is directly accountable for sprint delivery, platform release management, SLA governance, and team performance across a complex Corrigo deployment. You will collaborate closely with client contacts, directly manage seven specialist resources including Senior Configuration Specialists, Senior Support Specialists, and Corrigo Support Specialists, and drive all delivery outcomes through disciplined execution, structured quality governance, and proactive platform stewardship.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Plan and execute bi-weekly sprints including scoping, sequencing, assigning by tier capability, and managing cross-regional workload across AMER, APAC, and EMEA. Run weekly touchpoints and retrospectives to resolve blockers, maintain delivery momentum, and drive continuous improvement. Review deliverables against acceptance criteria and coordinate sprint demos for formal stakeholder sign-off. Enforce SCOBADD framework for intake prioritization, maintain real-time utilization visibility, and rebalance workload as required.
  • Assess incoming Corrigo releases for impact on configurations, integrations, translation tables, and auto-assignment logic. Plan and sequence release adoptions using the 4-phase release SOP. Validate staging readiness including regression, integration health, and acceptance criteria, and confirm post-release platform health with remediation tracking. Evaluate AI automation potential per release and lead release retrospectives for continuous improvement.
  • Design and monitor SLA targets by complexity and deliver monthly performance reports to client and product stakeholders. Own translation table health reviews and proactive management. Monitor daily SIM-T resolver queue activity and maintain unified backlog visibility for resource planning decisions. Report workload aligned to organization priorities and goals.
  • Own System Change Impact Analysis, ensuring formal risk assessment, pre-launch validation, and documented rollback procedures for all significant changes. Coordinate approvals and confirm stakeholder readiness before production deployment. Monitor hypercare periods with heightened visibility and accelerated response cadences. Contribute to incident and outage retrospectives with operational findings and improvement recommendations.
  • Conduct quarterly demand-vs-capacity planning and maintain cross-regional coverage requirements. Engage Variable Support SOW when capacity is insufficient, managing scope, onboarding, and performance oversight. Deliver monthly utilization reporting and participate in weekly shared resourcing touchpoints.
  • Own the log for all active delivery initiatives and BAU operations. Escalate blockers with documented context, resolution paths, and timeline impact. Lead incident and outage retrospectives, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive action capture. Monitor platform health indicators and assess delivery risk at each sprint gate, surfacing conflicts and constraints proactively.
  • Design and measure the Corrigo Champions program including participation model, cadence, and adoption metrics. Review enablement outcomes as a measurable performance dimension alongside SLA metrics. Monitor adoption and satisfaction trends and use findings to inform prioritization.
  • Draft Release and Implementation Plans covering scope, timeline, resources, risk mitigation, and success measures. Execute hypercare post-launch with heightened monitoring, accelerated SLAs, and rapid escalation, then manage BAU transition once stabilized. Define development timelines with other product stakeholders, ensuring capacity and complexity are reflected in commitments. Coordinate initiative planning with client stakeholder leadership and other product leaders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in platform delivery, technical project management, or application support leadership.
  • 3+ years managing technical teams in client-facing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Corrigo or similar facility/maintenance management platforms.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
  • Experience with API integrations, system configurations, and SLA governance.
  • Competency in performance monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to lead technical specialists across multiple time zones.
  • Strong capacity planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Analytical problem-solver with structured approach to risk and escalation management.
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to process discipline and documentation standards.
